This student copywork book is designed to be used in conjunction with the Morning Time plans. Each week, you’ll find two copywork pages: one with the weekly Scripture memory verse, and the other with the poem’s artwork and a space to choose a favorite line from the poem or read-aloud to copy. For older students, you could use the blank space for dictation or narration.
Why do we use copywork?
Copywork is not only useful for handwriting practice, but for learning proper grammar, subject/verb agreement, sentence structure, capitalization, punctuation, vocabulary, and even beginning composition skills. Students learn by imitation. By seeing something well written and copying it, they are eventually able to create their own well-written compositions.
Printed book: The printed guide is coil bound and features beautiful soft-touch laminate covers, designed to last.
Digital download: You'll receive an immediate digital download of the guide to the email address you provide. No physical book will be sent. You may print these files or have them printed at a local print shop.
