The Valentine's Day Guide

We recently used BDPs Valentine Curriculum and my kids and I had so much fun learning about St Valentine and the 4 different types of love! The picture book lists included were the perfect way to better understand each different type of love and the crafts were fun and easy! We enjoyed trying the recipes included because they were fun and different from what we would normally make. We now have some new snack ideas! Overall this was a great little curriculum and we can't wait to try some of BDPs other holiday curriculum options!

We used this guide for the week of Valentine's Day this year, and it was great. We had such a fun week! We learned a lot and had some great discussions that stemmed from the daily devotionals. Brighter Day packed the guide so full that we will be able to use it again next year without it feeling like we are doing the exact same things.

My two boys are 5 and 4.5 and I know they will love reading the books, doing the activities and making the recipes! I also love the scripted area of teaching what each type of love is! I can easily change invite the kids into a conversation just by sitting on the couch snuggling, then read the book followed by the recipe/activity. Thank you for this sweet biblical Valentines study!

I invested in a little extra fun and focus on Valentines Day this year by purchasing this unit. What a lovely find! Sweet, simple, and the perfect length for my 7, 5, and 4 year old daughters while actually teaching some new and beneficial information. I loved the Valentine’s Day units so much that I went ahead and just purchased the Easter unit. Can’t wait to continue our lovely school days with Brighter Day Press!
