Loved it!

I couldn't believe I got my three boys to do this with me! The watercolor lessons were excellent! We printed the templates on watercolor paper to make it simpler. We didn't make it through the lesson plans, but they look like they'd be great if we had more time.

Lovely course

Such a lovely course that I look forward to being able to use year after year. Bought for my 6 and 4 year olds. They needed a little help with the sketching and although they weren’t able to perfectly follow the techniques, they still had a great time. I think next year I’d use the template included with the course for my younger kids to join in as well. The short biblical commentary for each day was the truly the perfect amount of explanation for my kids to appreciate without getting tired of it. My husband and I even loved it and we are not very artistic.

Holy Week was beautiful!

We used Brighter Days Holy Week & Easter Water Color paint through Holy Week and we absolutely loved this curriculum! My boys were engaged and loved every minute! As was I!

Eyes, Ears, & Tactile learning

This watercolor activity is so well done! The painting instructions are simple so a beginner can have success and each picture can be completed in around 10 minutes if desired. I loved painting with some grandchildren where they could hear the story of Jesus Christ's last week, see the symbols, and paint, a tactile activity. The activity addresses a lot of learning styles. Whitney has a gift for painting and storytelling. The children had several questions about each picture, which means a deeper study of Holy Week and Christ's love for each of us.
