Watercolor Class: 8 Summer-Inspired Scenes

A beautiful guided class - enjoyed by both children and grown-ups alike!

I recently purchased Summer Scenes and we have already completed the bee and sunflower!! I was impressed with how easily they printed and how nice and light the outline was! This truly made it possible for my kids and I to work on our painting skills without getting discouraged when our drawing might not have the right porportions. The QR code to the YouTube link worked great and we enjoyed screen casting it to our flat screen so it was easy for everyone in the room to have a great view. Excellent directions and we learned some new techniques already 😊! Thank you, Brighter Days!!

These are perfect for summer! An as always, the video tutorial is excellent and easy to follow!

We are using the summer watercolor course during our summer break this year, and we are loving it! I have 3 kiddos, ages 7-12, and myself doing it together a few times a week. We watch one video and practice, then we continue to practice the same picture a couple more time through the week to see how we can improve our skills. My teens have even jumped in on occasion for fun. The videos are simple. Color mixing is easy enough that my 7 year old feels like he can do it, but hard enough that you feel like you're really getting some good practice. I'm not artistic and I'm thoroughly enjoying learning a new skill. Highly recommend!
