Can my shipping address be changed once my order is submitted?
We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, therefore the shipping address cannot be changed for an order once it is submitted. We do not give refunds if you put in the wrong shipping address. However, if this happens please email us at email@example.com, and we will do our best to help you out.

The tracking number on my order shows it was delivered, but it never was. What should I do?
Sometimes the post office lets us down and doesn’t deliver the package to the right address. If this happens, consider doing the following:
- Contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.
- Reach out to your neighborhood (via Facebook, NextDoor…) and see if one of your neighbors received it.
- If these two steps prove unfruitful, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to help you out!
