The Valentine's Day Guide

February can be such a strange month- it’s short but feels so long. This was such a great way to break up the month with changing up homeschool monotony with something fun and different. My 8 and 5 year old loved it! lt even inspired me to share the gospel with muslim friends (we live in the Middle East) through sharing what I learned about the 4 loves. Super thankful for this sweet little unit!

The Valentine's Day Guide

The week was planned really well to cover the types of love found in the Bible along with interesting facts. We loved the crafts and snacks as well!

We recently used BDPs Valentine Curriculum and my kids and I had so much fun learning about St Valentine and the 4 different types of love! The picture book lists included were the perfect way to better understand each different type of love and the crafts were fun and easy! We enjoyed trying the recipes included because they were fun and different from what we would normally make. We now have some new snack ideas! Overall this was a great little curriculum and we can't wait to try some of BDPs other holiday curriculum options!

We used this guide for the week of Valentine's Day this year, and it was great. We had such a fun week! We learned a lot and had some great discussions that stemmed from the daily devotionals. Brighter Day packed the guide so full that we will be able to use it again next year without it feeling like we are doing the exact same things.
