Our family of four kids, ages one to nine, have really enjoyed getting started with this Nature Guide. We also got the cute nature journals to have one special place to record our nature studies.
I’m really enjoying starting each study with the book/story- I’ve cheated and instead of having the physical book, I’ve used You-tube videos(which gives me a sec to pull everything else I need together). We have loved going outside together and it’s a big win that this can be used at all age levels. Highly recommend!

The nature guide is such a beautiful, thoughtful curriculum. The book choices are lovely, the activities are fun and engaging and the questions for journaling are great! I cannot wait to use this with the kids nature club I am starting in my area this fall and help other home school moms do nature study with their kids!
My kids and I are excited to start the Nature Guide this school year. I have tried a few different curriculums but have noticed that many of them are designed for families that live in cooler climates. Our San Antonio geography often doesn’t align with their programs. After looking through Whitney’s guide and reading a lot of the books, I know that this will be a perfect fit for us. It doesn’t matter where you live, this is a nature guide that will work for your family.
