Mother's Day Gift Guide 2026

Mother’s Day is right around the corner, and whether you’re shopping for your own mom, a dear friend, or hoping someone might ask what you would love this year… I thought I’d share a few things I use and enjoy.

These are simple, beautiful, practical gifts that have served me well. I hope this list helps you find something meaningful for the season you’re in!

For the Mom on the Go

// Walker Goods Louie Sling in Honey - This is my go-to bag when I just need to carry the basic: my wallet, keys, lip balm, and Kindle. It fits it all! And the color makes me happy every time I reach for it.

// Insulated Gingham Travel Mug - This adorable stainless steel travel mug keeps coffee hot. I love both the function and the design!

// Walker Goods Roller Tote in Sage - I’ve taken this bag all over the country, and it has held up beautifully. The sleeve that slips over a roller suitcase is so helpful for travel, and the pockets make it incredibly practical. I use it for everything—church, coffee shop workdays, and trips.

// Keen Sandals in Birch - If you see me in the spring or summer, I’m probably wearing these. They’re incredibly comfortable, hold up so well, and can be dressed up or down. Perfect for everything from everyday errands to nature walks.

// Beach Tote - Isn’t this the happiest bag? So simple, affordable, and perfect for summer days.

// Simple Pedometer - This is the simple step tracker I use every day that does not require Bluetooth or an app. I just clip it to my waistband and aim for 10,000 steps a day. It’s been so helpful for me to stay consistent.

// Daily Electrolyte Packets - I like to add one of these to my post-workout glass of water (along with a scoop of creatine powder), and it’s made a noticeable difference in how I feel and recover.

// 15-lb. Non-Slip Dumbbells - If you’re looking to start (or stay consistent with) a workout routine, these non-slip dumbbells are a great option (and come in multiple weights). I use them alongside daily Nourish Move Love workouts that are free on YouTube!

Simple Beauty & Style

// Flower Luxe Huggie Hoop Earrings - I received these as a birthday gift and have hardly taken them off since. They look a little fancy up close, but work perfectly as everyday earrings. They’re feminine, lightweight, and lovely for everyday wear.

// Made by Mary Birth Flower Necklace - Delicate, beautiful, and something I reach for almost every day. It goes with everything (including the earrings!).

// Embroidered Collared Top - I recently discovered this shop, Simple Retro, and love how timeless and modest their pieces are. This top has become an instant favorite.

// Hydrating Collagen Face Mask - This hydrating face mask has worked miracles on my skin! It's best to use overnight and, while you may look like a little funny going to bed (ha!), you'll wake up with soft, nourished skin.

// The House Dress in Moss - This gorgeous dress is made of 100% cotton and is unbelievably soft and easy to wear. It has pockets (always a win!) and would be especially wonderful for maternity or postpartum seasons.

// Dazzle Dry Non-Toxic Nail Polish (in So On Pointe) - I’ve been wearing this nail polish exclusively for over two years and will never go back. It’s low-tox, dries hard in five minutes, and lasts over a week without chipping. My current favorite shades: So On Pointe (soft neutral pink), Sentimental (greige), Red Hot Chili (bright summer red-orange), and XOXO (a cheerful pale pink).

// DIME Beauty Tinted Lip Balm - This lip balm is highly nourishing, lightly tinted, and tastes like a vanilla cupcake!

// Personalized Locket - My favorite thing about this locket is that you can have it engraved with a custom message and a photo. Such a meaningful keepsake.

Gifts to Encourage Faith

// ESV Journaling Bible by Hosanna Revival - This is my favorite Bible because of the wide margins. It gives space to write prayers, notes, and reflections as I read.

// Inductive Bible Studies by Colleen Searcy - This is my favorite Bible study I've done in years because it is both so simple and so rich. It uses the inductive study method so you can apply this method to study any book of the Bible. Colleen Searcy has also written studies on Colossians & Philemon, The Story of Jacob, and The Stories of Women. Highly recommend!

// Philippians Devotional Cards for Moms - This set of cards is a simple tool to lead moms through the book of Philippians —a letter of joy and hope. This study was co-written by my own mom, Melodie Tunney.

// Elizabeth Bowman Shepherd Art Print - Elizabeth Bowman is a new favorite artist of mine, and her art is so layered and meaningful. I’ve loved adding pieces like this to our home, and this is one of my favorites.

// Lift Your Eyes by Whitney Newby - I wrote this book for you, Mom, in any season. It would also be a perfect gift for a mom in your life who needs biblical encouragement. And isn't that all of us?

// Humble Moms by Kristen Wetherell - This book is one of my favorite motherhood books because it points straight to Jesus. So grounding and encouraging.

// Dwell Audio Bible App Subscription - I love listening to the Bible as I go about my daily tasks (the dishes, the laundry, the walks around the neighborhood), and I believe the Dwell app is the best way to listen. You can choose the Bible translation, the music that plays underneath, and which Bible passage or reading plan you’d like to work through.

// ESV Spiral-Bound New Testament - As I’ve been studying the Bible using the inductive method, this is a perfect version of the Bible to mark up, add notes, and underline. This is the New Testament, but you can find other books of the Bible here

For the Creative Mom

// Wildflower Watercolor Class - I designed this 3-part watercolor class with women in mind (though you could certainly invite your daughter to participate!). I guide you step by step with video tutorials to create three gorgeous watercolor flowers.

// Watercolor Paint Set - This is a highly pigmented set of paints that I use for all of our watercolor classes. They’re also perfect for travel!

// Watercolor Paintbrush Set - This is the only watercolor brush set you need, and includes a variety of sizes, perfect for any style of watercolor painting.

// Watercolor Journal - This journal is the perfect size to take with you on nature walks or do watercolor sketches, and I love that the pages are thick enough to withstand lots of water without warping.

// Duck Duck Goose Needlepoint Kit - Could this be any cuter?! I love the design and that you end up with a bag you can use!

// Rifle Paper Co. Letter Writing Set - A group of friends and I have recently rekindled our love for a handwritten letter, and this is the perfect kit to use!

// Little Women Book Vase - For book lovers, these gorgeous vases come in a variety of classic book designs. I’m tempted to collect them all!

// Create Anyway by Ashlee Gadd - This book by Ashlee Gadd and a conglomerate of creative moms will inspire you in whatever your creative endeavor is.

Practical Favorites for Everyday Life

// Breville Milk Frother - This is the frother I use every morning for my matcha latte. I love that it’s stainless steel, and in the winter months, my kids use it to make hot chocolate.

// Soli Deo Gloria Mug - This mug is designed by our team and is handmade by Black Oak Art in Waco, Texas. It is microwave and dishwasher safe, keeps your coffee and tea hot for a long time, and is always the mug I reach for! Soli Deo Gloria means “Glory to God alone” in Latin and is such a good reminder as I begin my day.

// Stoneware Slow Cooker - I love this stoneware slow cooker. It's perfect for Sundays when I want to set it in the morning and come home to a ready-made meal.

// Kindle Paperwhite - This has been my favorite purchase this past year. I read it every night instead of scrolling on my phone, and it’s been such a life-giving change. I love the size of the Paperwhite, and the battery lasts for six weeks. I shared more about the different Kindle options in this post.

// Rifle Paper Co. Recipe Tin - This would be the loveliest spot to keep (and protect) your family’s favorite recipes.

// Purity Coffee Subscription - We are big fans of Purity Coffee, which is the healthiest coffee on the market. Our favorite blend is called Balance, which is ⅓ caffeinated and ⅔ decaf.

// Bambino Plus Espresso Machine - This is the espresso machine our family has and uses multiple times a day (our 13-year-old son is the master barista around here!).

// Rifle Paper Co. Notepad - The most darling notepad, this comes with an attachable magnet
